Our Staff

The staff of Dawning Village Day Care is committed to creating partnerships with parents and guardians in order to support their child's early childhood experiences. Our Teachers are highly trained and educated. In addition professional development is mandatory for most teachers.

I have been working with children for over 6 years. I graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Education/ Infant Toddler. Teaching children has been a great experience to me.

I enjoy working with children because their honesty and sense of humor. I love to see the drive a child has as they work on an activity or task done at hand. I enjoy working close with parents to help they're chilren d to succeed. One day I plan to open my own center right here in the heart of New York.

I am an Assistant teacher now at Dawning Village Daycare and I have been working with children for 5 years.

I worked as a private babysitter, a counselor in summer camps, and as an assistant at other daycares.

I'm in school studying speech pathology as I continue to gain experience as well as help make a difference in children's lives as I continue to work with children.
